Return Policy

Red Horse Candles "RHC" stands behind our products. If you are unsatisfied with any of your items, we will do what we can to make it right.

RHC candles are designed for scent sensitive people, RHC provides an exchange program for our customers. Please see that tab for further details.

All returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date.

Red Horse Candles "RHC" reserves the right to deny the return of any items that are made to order or special-order items.

All returned items must be in their original new and unused condition for a full refund.

Any items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to you except for shipping and handling fees.

On Sale or clearance items are all final and cannot be returned.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping fees. RHC suggests that you use a trackable shipping method.

Once returned item(s) are received by RHC, items condition will be inspected and if items are in original condition your refund will be processed.

Please allow 5 to 10 days from the receipt of your return for RHC to process your refund. You should see the return balance on your statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.

RHC will notify you via email with all updates regarding your return.

Cancelation Policy

Red Horse Candles stands behind our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will do what we can to make it right.

Standard Orders

Standard Orders are processed between 2 to 5 business days.

All standard order cancelations must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to receive full refund. You may request to cancel a single item, multiple items or your whole order. (exclusions apply)

Some or all items you purchase with RHC are made to order, there for a fee may be assessed. The fee may be between 5% to 15% per item total cost for any items that have been started prior to receipt of cancelation request.

If you request to cancel any items in an order past the 24 hours timeframe, they may be approved by RHC and assessed a fee between 15% to 25% of total cost of item(s) or whole order.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are processed between 1 to 2 business days and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Rush order cancelation requests are not guaranteed to be approved. If cancelation is approved by RHC (items or whole order) will result in a fee of 25% to 50% of cost per item(s) or order.

Special Orders

Special order cancelations must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase for full refund.

If cancelation is submitted past the 12 hours but before 24 hours a fee may be assessed.

If a special order is placed as a rush order it cannot be canceled, but it may be approved for a return. (Restrictions Apply)

Exchange Policy

Red Horse Candles "RHC" was created to provide persons with scent sensitivities beautifully scented candles that they can enjoy.

RHC understands that a scent sounds like it will be perfect for you but once you smell it, it's not quite right. Thus, RHC has an exchange policy available to our customers.

Be aware that RHC does reserve the right to not honor our exchange program if at any time we suspect misuse of our program.

Exchanges need to be requested within 45 days of purchase date.

Exchanges are limited to 2 times per candle per order. (some exclusions apply)

In most cases exchanges will be at no additional cost to you. Some shipping costs may be required.

If candle has not been used it is considered a straight exchange. Photo proof of unused candle must be submitted. No additional cost will be assessed to you for the candle. Shipping costs might be required, RHC will determine that at time of request.

If candle has been used it is considered a fractional exchange. RHC will require photo of candle to determine any extra costs assessed. Typically, not all used candles will be assessed any additional costs. Shipping costs might be required, RHC will determine at the time of the request.

If you purchased a candle with a container that is limited edition and you would like to keep that container, you will need to send that candle back to RHC. Once we receive the candle, we can replace the scented candle wax with your new scent in that specific container and we will send it back to you. Some extra costs may apply and will be determined after we receive the candle back.

If the container is any of RHC standard containers we will send the same type of container after we receive confirmation that your original candle has been shipped.

Red Horse Candles "RHC" only collects your personal data to be used to contact, identify, tract and ship your purchased items. RHC will never sell your information.

This information may include, but not limited to:

· First and Last Name

· Email Address

· Phone Number

· Full Mailing and/or Home Address

The use of cookies on our site is to tract and analyze activity data to improve your experience on our site.

RHC May Use Your Personal Data To:

· Provide and maintain our site.

· Managing Your Account

· Managing and completing Your Purchases

· Managing Your Requests

· Purchasing through our affiliates.

RHC will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary.

RHC will only provide your information with our affiliates to complete your purchases of our offered externally provided items.

When You Complete and Submit Your Information to RHC, that act represents Your Consent and Agreement to utilize the above factors.

RHC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Data will not be transferred to any organization other than our affiliates at the time of your purchase for those items.

You Have the right to delete or request that we delete your personal information that has been collected.

You may update, amend, or delete your information at any time by signing into your account settings.

We may be required by law to disclose your personal information if necessary to:

· Comply with a legal obligation.

· Protect and defend the rights or property of Red Horse Candles

· Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing.

· Protect the personal safety of our customers and/or the public.

· Protect against legal liability.

The security of your personal information is important to RHC but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Under 18

RHC will not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If RHC becomes aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without the verification of parental consent, RHC will take steps to remove all that information from our site and records.

Links to outside sites

RHC may contain links to outside websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
